LOOKING FOR A QUICK ANSWER?

A little guidance,
right here.

How do I find a shift or post coverage?

Browse local shifts with your professional account. Offices can open their office workspace to post coverage after completing the required office-readiness steps.

Why isn’t my booking confirmed yet?

Accepting an offer reserves the shift. The hiring office independently reviews your credentials and completes W‑2 onboarding before confirming the booking. Check your bookings or message the office about the next step.

How do I recover my account?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Still need help? Use the contact form below. Never send your password.

Where can I learn about office membership and payroll?

The office page explains membership, hiring, and W‑2 readiness. The hiring office employs you and pays wages through its own payroll.

Where are the private groups and CE?

Community & learning brings together private role groups, peer support, and CE resources. Confirm course credit with the provider.

Respect, access, and concerns.

Discriminatory postings, referrals or hiring requests, harassment, retaliation, and misuse of private documents are prohibited. Use the form above for a workplace concern, accessibility or accommodation request, or account-review appeal. Include the shift or submission reference and what needs attention; do not send patient information, tax records, passwords or medical documents. The owner reviews these requests; this form is not anonymous and is not an emergency channel. Reports are not posted to the community. Information may be used as needed to investigate and respond, so confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

You may report concerns to government agencies without first contacting HSSD. Reporting a concern does not waive rights, stop a legal deadline, or replace contacting the employer about urgent safety and payroll issues. Lawful discussion of wages and working conditions is permitted. Offices must make hiring decisions independently; do not coordinate wages, hiring restrictions or no-poach arrangements with competing employers.
